Complete System Failure - Please Help

    Hi guys

OK so build number is 47077 dated 06/06/13.

Great computer build quality as expected from 3xs.

Playing SWTOR this morning in the middle of a fight the PC just went black no power.

I have unplugged the power lead and popped it into a different socket. No power. Being a veteran gamer I've had a few PSUs go in my time. I would say this is the cause but not sure.

Please would you be good enough to have an engineer come as soon as possible?

I understand these things happen but it's so annoying.

    You help is appreciated.

    Hi Ben,

Thank you so much for your time and help with this matter.

Your engineer came today and fitted the new PSU you supplied and I am now typing this response on my now working computer.

I was thinking of safeguarding myself by buying a UPS, could you possibly recommend one?

Again, thank you a very quick response and fix - 3 days in fact. A testiment to a well buit machine by a great company.

    HI mate,

Yes it was the PSU...very odd but heh anything can happen as it's electronic huh, no matter how good quality the item is.

All I can say is Scan / 3XS were brilliant and quick. No problems at all.

UPS would only help in a power cut generally. If the PSU went like yours would still be left with a broken PC. UPS is just a battery supply to allow to shutdown properly in event of a complete loss in your house/workplace.
