Driver crashes and Blue Screen on New Graphite LG1510 Laptop

    Hello,
I recently bought a custom built Graphite LG1510 laptop a month or so ago, and all has been fine until recently I've had a couple of driver crashes and this morning a BSOD.
The driver crashes seem to have been related to the keyboard backlit software and also the software for the caps lock and num lock display when you press them.

This morning I had a Blue screen after starting my laptop up and logging on, didn't load anything out of the ordinary (chrome, and steam) and just instantly blue screened. Restarted the laptop and did the exact same things and it was fine, which makes me believe it could be a driver issue?

As well as the crashes, I've also noticed on my invoice it said I would have a Sound Blaster X-fi 3 sound card, however when I check what is actually in my laptop it shows a Realtek sound card. There is also a sticker on my chassis for the Sound Blaster, which has confused me.

    Invoice Number: E2084284
    Build Number: 48189

    Hope someone can help,
    Heather

    Hi Heather

We are sorry to hear of the issues and if you want to send your mini dumps in to systemsupport@scan.co.uk we will check these for you, I don't have access to your laptop details as I am at home so can look into this tomorrow for you

Have you in the meantime tried the latest drivers off www.clevo.com as these may resolve the issue

The mini dump files are located in C:\Windows\minidump

    Regards

    Ben

Thanks for your help, I've sent you the mini dump which I hope you can check.
Shall I get the drivers off that website or the one you sent me via email? Or both?

    Thanks,
    Heather
