Hi Guys,
Ok, so August 2013 I had a PSU go on my new build which you guys quickly replaced with no issue.
I have had a couple of BSOD's when playing Star Wars. Would you be able to tell what is causing them? I use Bluescreenview and it says its a Hal.dll and ntoskrnl.dll issue. It's happened twice recently, once on 31st Jan and once on 2nd Feb.

Also,
I have another problem which you might be able to help me with please and advise if an engineer needs to come and look.
Just before Christmas I noticed that the PC wouldn't turn off when I shut down. The hard disk and keyboard would turn off but the PC power light and internal fan would remain active. I thought it was just an aboration and I had just put it to sleep mode not shut down.
However, recently this is now becoming the norm and it is once every 2 or 3 shut downs that this happens and I must physically turn off the power.
Could you possibly advise on the best course of action?
Many thanks for your time.
