First Boot: Monitor, mouse and keyboard not working.

Exactly what is says in the title. Tried moving mouse and keyboard to different USB sockets as well as multiple power cables but nothing
seems to work. Please help.

A little more information please. Prebuilt scan system or Self assembled.

How do you know everything else works?

System was prebuilt. Fan and LEDs come on with power up. I get two short beeps on start up which looks like it means no RAM is installed but it is. Thanks for the reply.
