Yeah, I did try the phone line last Friday- was just on hold for a while; in the end I ran out of time and had to run to catch a train. I also tried the webform on Monday- didn't get a response.
I tried the live chat yesterday; that was marginally more successful. The person I spoke to said he will have to ask the manufacturer for the installers for the drivers and Gamingcentre (for some reason) and that I need to rate a few days- which is odd, I'd assume you'd have them to hand.
