    Build Advice - £600 - £700 - Gaming

    Hello,

This PC is for a friend - They're not very technical but want a gaming PC. Recomended they stay away from Dell and et cetra for overpriced and budget components. I'm looking for a quote - What can you guys recomend for him?

He's looking to hook it up to a TV, so a good graphics card is required - wants full full hd - but would settle for lower resolutions. Intel i series CPU required too. Havent been keeping upto date with technology hence the 3XS. Windows 7 needs to be installed, no monitor/etc. Overclock would be great. PC should last 3- 4 years minimum, so future proofing if possible (cpu socket/psu)

I'm wondering - for a setup likie above with a maximum budget of £700, can 3XS deliver? Also warranty/support is very important - What is provided, if the CPU is overclocked what support is provided should the overclock fail one day?

All advice appreciated, and yes - 3XS is what I'm looking at.

    EDIT
£700 is the absolute maximum, a few pounds over but nothing more. If you could advise two differnt specs, one for ~£700 and one for ~£600 would be well appreciated. (and that is including VAT)

Oh - He's a student, do you guys offer a student discount
