    Hello all,

    This is my first time on a forum so please be gentle.

    Just to give you a brief idea of my situation I ordered my 3xs system on the 6th of September and still as of yet not received my system. My system was due to arrive today but due to problems with the courier they told me that I would not receive the computer until Monday. So as you can imagine I am not a completely happy bunny at the moment.

    My order has been dotted with delays from the start such as;

    1) scan had to wait for stock to come in to start the build.
    2) Delay in the build due to how busy scan were at the time.
    3) Further delays in the build due to the same problem as above.
    4) Problems with receiving call backs from scan when I leave a message.
    And adding a further delay to the delivery is really the icing on the cake on the way I felt today! So you can imagine the type of phone call Philip received from me today!

    But to give him his dues he dealt with the issues surprisingly well and now I have had time to calm down I must admit retrospectively throughout the build he has dealt with me amazingly well!! So credit where credit is due!

    All too often we like to complain and never really say thank you! So this is me saying thanks to Philip who really is a credit to scan! ( I hope scan owners/directors read these forums!) Who without a doubt has stopped me from cancelling my order on several occasions throughout the build!

    And also a big thanks to Philip and the others at scan who have recently been working long hours, weekends and an all nighter to make sure our systems come out to us as quick as possible. Restoring my faith in scan in the process. I really do appreciate it!

    So hopefully as i spoke to you on the phone today! philip you are able to arrange deliverly tomorrow seeing as today as been and gone without it turning up! (though you didnt come back to me today so I have no idea if this will be the case? )

    Philip is certainly a nice genuine guy and seems to try really hard to get things done. Unfortunately it seems that at the moment he's fire fighting.

    Well after a phone call to scan this morning, looks like i will have to wait till monday to get my pc now. So lucky i called or i would of been waiting around all weekend wondering if it was turning up getting annoyed!

    Though i am annoyed that no one called me back to tell me this and again i had to do all the chasing to find out what was going on........

    just a quick note;

    Again another fine example of customer service for nisha at scan who i forgot to mention was fantastic over the last week in helping dealing with the problems!! very polite and helpful! another credit to scan!!
