I've recently placed an order for a custom system and am becoming slightly worried by the amount of posts referring to delivery times, and general correspondence problems people are experiencing.
I wouldn’t normally post but having placed my order it seems things are heading down a familiar path. I may be jumping the gun but here is the progress i have so far:
Order placed on the 7th of April – 2 automated emails received with different invoice numbers: 01814390 and 01814427
8th of April – Email received saying the order is being checked for out of stock items and an estimated despatch date is 10 days.
I was aware the PSU and SSD were bouncing in and out of stock (they still are) so i emailed back suggesting some alternatives but had no response. I also questioned when i would be getting a build number.
11 of April – I received another automated email saying that my order was now being assembled (01814390 invoice) with an apology for it being late as it was apparently due on the 8th (would have been nice, but think that may have been a mistake lol)
I’ve not heard anything else, despite contact emailing today to try and clear the above up – i don’t mind waiting, i’d just like to know what’s going on, especially seeing as the PSU i wanted is now back in stock and i don’t want to miss out on it before it goes again!

I will say though, i cant wait for it to turn up when it does, as I’ve seen the quality of the systems and I’m really excited for mine!
