placed an order for 3XS system on 20/5/11, raised a query OLQ930167 on the 22nd

to change the case from a Lian Li PC-K58B Lancool Dragon Lord K Series

to a Coolermaster HAF 912 Plus, Black, Mid Tower Case

recieved email from Dawn on 23rd to say this had been sorted ,got build number on 24th

from Kerry, but spec of machine on 3XS site still says original case , and some items out of stock

emailed back on same day to clarify case issue and if any stock problems are holding up build

would be willing to change that was 9 days ago and have not recieved any reply

if someone from scan could look into this for me i would be gratefull as the date build is the 6th june

still no contact from scan

i phoned on the 0871 number friday lunch was told someone would ring back

but no one did ,build date 6.6.11 so will have to see what happens

will be annoyed if still waiting for parts after all my efforts to contact people

after all the 3xs page does state expect a call from a engineer to confirm spec

do we have a problem no update still says 9th on system progress page

now 10th and taken day of work to come and pick sytem up

Hi Alan

I have just checked with QC and the system should be ready for 4:30 today if you want to give CS a call before setting off thats probably best in case there are any last minute issues

If the status changes and the QC is finished before you will be sent an email

Dont forget to take the side off the system and make sure any internal bubblewrap has been removed prior to powering on
