Custom pc build, case and cpu fan choices

Hi, i have been going back and forth between weather to buy a custom pc here or else where, i have used scan in the past but there are 2 things which are currently stopping me from going through with my order

1, the case, the choice is the Antec P183 V3 yet i want the upgraded antec P193, essentially the same case but the p193 is far better. i cant see any technical reasons as to why its not listed(it costs more money after all lol)

2,cpu fan. i am after an akasa venom ideally but with the config options all i get is an artic freezer, really not keen on artic

i have tried various base types to try and get the things i am after but its impossible

basically

2500k
antec p193
akasa venom


i can think of no reason why i cant get all 3 in the 1 of the selection choices, it seems to be either 2 of the 3 or just 1 of the 3, any reasons for this?


or am i more likely to get an answer from phoning them? otherwise i will have to go to computer planet as they seem to be about the only guys who do all 3 above

Hi,

The configurators are only rough guides, and we can't add everything to every spec otherwise they'd be huge.

If you know what you want then just call one of the sales guys and go through it with them. The is no reason I can think of why they wouldn't let you put that combination together over the phone.

However while i understand you need to limit options, there was only 1 option on the cpu fan lol
