Free Delivery

I've got my free delivery after the 20 posts. I thought great, it could save me couple of quid.
Looked through and configured one of the Scan 3XS systems however at the last option, I am still charged £35 for 3XS system delivery even if I've added to the basket. I thought it is free?

So what's the difference between the system delivery and the carriage charge at the end? Do we get charge twice for delivery?

The free delivery for Hexus Customers unfortunately doesn't apply to a full 3XS System order it only applies to components

The 3XS Delivery is charged and paid to Netsolve and the initial carriage is removed when the order is finalized on Internet System orders
