    Can't quite understand the online system support tracking?

    Hey guys!

    Basically, I'm trying to see how much of my 3XS system has actually been built, but for some reason I'm confused regarding the on screen image.

    I have a print screen image of what I've got, however it won't let me post it as it says I must have a minimum of 5 posts.
    Basically, you have rows 1 to 11. Rows 1 and 2 are empty. Rows 3 to 9 are just filled with blue bars across the page, and row 10 has no bar yet has 100% written three times where the bar should be.

    Firstly, I'm puzzled as too why it says 100% on row 10 three times.
    Secondly, if a row is complete is it supposed to show the bar and a percentage at the end? Or if a row is complete does it just show a long blue bar across the page?
    Thirdly, how come row 1 and 2 are empty?
    Last but not least, row 10 stands for Installation Date Agreed. I chose to collect it in person, so does this mean that my system is done?
    Sorry if my questions seem a bit silly but I'd like to track my system and know that i'm interpreting the image correctly

    I wouldnt take to much notice of it kyanti. the theorys good but in practice it dont work too good.....

    Hello, I just logged into the system build now.
    The picture has changed and makes sense now.
    No idea why it was different and confusing before.
