Can someone help a beginner on how to select a bios overclock profile?

I have just received a pc from scan and it all looks great.

I asked for 3 bios overclock settings for my 2600k (stock, 4.2Ghz and 4.7Ghz).

The system was delivered with 4.2Ghz as default but I accidentally pushed the reset button on the computer without safely doing it from windows and I got some sort of bios error thing when it restarted and my clocks are down to stock.

And as I am truly a complete beginner Im not sure how to get the 4.2Ghz back.

My motherboard is a Gigabyte Z68MX-UD2H-B3. I press delete to get into bios then Im really not sure.

Any help would be appreciated (in simple steps).

    Thanks all!

F12 in the main BIOS menu opens up a window to load a Profile. They should be in there. Remember to save before exiting

Thanks! That was quite easy in the end!

In over 2 hrs of internet searching I didnt get anywhere close to an answer like that.

Now I just have to work out why my MSI Lightning GTX 580 is also at stock speeds (yep it appears my machine is cursed with some sort of stock speeds helix). Pinged an email to scan as Im guessing (altho dearly hoping) its gonna mean some fiddling with afterburner.

And as you can tell, this really isnt my strong point
