    Delay in delivery

    I had an e-mail on thursday stating that my system was built and passed all tests and quality control and is being past to netsolve for delivery.

    and it is now monday afternoon and I have had no phone calls or e-mails to confirm a date of delivery on scan it says delivery on monday 12:00
    i orderd my pc 5 weeks ago
    can anyone at scan tell me what is happening please
