Please help with building new bundle on xmass

Hi i need some help with building new bundle. I'm noob so don't get angry if i ask stupid question.

CPU : i7 2700

CPU cooler : Antec Kuhler H20 920, Performance CPU Cooler with software control
- first question is do i ever need to change liquid in this cooler ?

MOBO: Which is better and i'll have no problem with 3x radeon 5870
Asus P8Z68-V PRO, Intel Z68 Gen 3
or
ASRock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3, Intel Z68 Chipset

PC case: IS this one good Coolermaster HAF X Black Tower Computer Case or you would chose something else ?
- Will it fit 3x5870 ?

PSU: Corsair CMPSU-1050HXUK Professional Series Silver HX 1050W Power Supply (PSU)
- is it strong enough to run 3x5870 and are the cable long enough to get to all of them

Memory: 8Gb (2x4Gb) Corsair Vengeance LP, DDR3, 1600Mhz

Last question is there chance to get this all build together and then send to me ?
