    Extended warranty max of 2 years?

    Been pricing up a system as although I have the knowledge to build my own I lack the time these days.

    I would be looking to take out the extended warranty so that the parts are covered in the event of a problem.

    I note that the warranties are limited to 2 years whereas some 'others' have three years albeit these are collect and return.

    Is there any reason for this?

    I have re-directed your thread to the system support section as the question relates to a system.

    pctech2012

    Our warranties work as follows;

    OC Bundles - 1yr RTB warranty.

    Value Systems - 1yr Return To Base - Parts and labour covered.

    3XS Custom Systems - 2yrs Warranty. Year 1 is OnSite. Year 2 is RTB again, with parts and labour covered.

    If you choose a warranty extension, this converts your 2nd year from RTB to OnSite.

    3XS Graphics Workstations currently have 3yr warranty. Year 1 = OnSite. Years 2 & 3 = RTB. All parts and labour are covered.

    Hope this helps,

    All the best

    Re: Extended warranty max of 2 years?

    But with a 2 year extended warranty on a 3XS system that means 3 years on site cover in total ?

    Yes that's correct, when purchasing an additional 2 years onsite warranty this is in addition to the standard 1 year onsite plus another return to base.

    In total you will have 3 years onsite.

    Best Regards
