About the headset promotion & water-cooling policy

As I noticed the promotion of getting a corsair headset for free
Could I ask for a pair of speakers instead of the headset
like SP2200 2.1
think they are priced at a similar level..

Also it seems the warranty policy for water-cooled system is different
could any one explain it in detail
I want to have a Corsair Hydro one for my cpu
is that matters ?

Hi Placeno1,

We have stock sent specifically from Corsair for these to include as part of the promotion. We couldn't send out speakers in place of these, I'm sorry.

Not to mention, there's no stock of the SP2200's which is a real shame, as they're great speakers, I have a set myself.

Watercooled systems, bespoke cooling that is, not Hydro coolers, are a little different in that we prefer to bring them back to base for any repairs or replacement hardware (blocks, coolant, fittings etc).

Your system with a Hydro cooler will come with the standard 3XS warranty - 2yrs overall. 1st year is OnSite and the 2nd year is Return to base, with parts & labour covered, carriage is charged in the second year.
