Order made Monday how long till processed ?

Hi , i ordered a bundle on Monday of an i7 3820 , p9-x79 mobo , 16GB ram , dark rock pro cpu fan.
i have not yet been contacted apart from payment receipt.

Also is it possible to change the dark rock pro cpu fan to the Noctua
