New build delay

Placed my order 11th April, opted for a vengeance with a 680. Build was supposed to be yesterday but no progress. I wanted to jump in and see if I could upgrade my CPU to ivy, and upgrade my graphics card and cooling. Also wanted clarity on Bluetooth integration. Called scan and still waiting on a response. Thinking there are delays due to alot of out of stock 680's but the one I want to change to is in stock! Getting nervous now that no one has got back in touch. I really want to ensure I get my upgrades through before building starts. And want to check what delays there are...help please scan!!!
