No Confirmation Email...

Here Goes:

So my 3XS system build date is 22nd of May, Recently (11th May) I rang and changed 3 components of the build. Paid the difference over the phone and was told that payment's gone through and I will recieve a confimation. I waited but didn't get any thing on Friday.

Rang on Satuarday, spoke to a lady who said that Adam will get it sorted for you and you will recieve an email/confimation of changes/payment. It's Monday and I am still waiting for a confimation for the change in components, I don't want to end up with the wrong build and go through the process of sending my build back ! Please can someone rectify this for me.
