now i am very angry now this is the second time my pc has done this
the screen just goes purple randomly and it doesnt even start up somtimes and they spent a while fixing it

what can we do now then i cant stand this anymore and i need it FIxed
some one help me ?

Purple is what you get when the green signal is not making it from the graphics card to the monitor. It could be a loose connection. Check the video cable is in good condition and plugged into the PC and the monitor securely.

It could be something entirely different but you have to start somewhere.
