    Dude, where's my PC?

    Invoice number: 00E1891862

    Hi, I'm just looking for a definite answer.
    My system was ordered on the 23rd July. I received an email on the 27th July with a build date of 7th August. Since then nothing.

    The 3XS System Tracking page still shows my system at "Awaiting Build"
    I emailed customer services last night but have had no reply. I phoned them this afternoon and the person I spoke to, although not filling me with confidence, assured me that my system is probably being built and that they don't always update the tracking page. If so, what's the point of it?

    I just want to know:
    is my system being built?
    If yes, why no updates on the tracking page and is it on course for dispatch on the 10th?
    If no, why not, why haven't I been kept up to date and when will it be built?

    I've read the stuff on the 3XS mindset, but at the moment I'm not feeling the love.
    Please help.

    That would be my issue too, although we have been kept up to date with what's happening we paid on the 16th July, told we could expect despatch by the 25th July, apparently being delivered today, the 15th August. Lee in sales was great but it's let down by the long build time of a month, they all seem to do it, I would prefer to be given a date I can expect it rather than a delivery date they can't meet and now they will be coming at the most awkward time for me to get them operational.
    Now all I have to do is hope there isn't anything wrong with them if they do indeed come today, I won't be able to do anything with them for a week or more now, maybe up to a month with a busy week this week, staff off next week, twins due the week after that, plans are not going to plan now.
    Sales great, build time slow, let's hope this is as bad as it gets.
    Theoretically, if you ordered roughly 10 days after I did, you could be waiting another 10 days from now.

    Thanks to both of you, they should be here today according to the emails and text message to my mobile, I'm still watching the horizon so I'll see if they turn up first before getting you guys to look into it, still an hour or so left, fingers crossed.

    Theeeeyyyyy'rrrreeeee Heeeeeerrreeeee, you are supposed to read that as the little girl in poltergeist, if I typed it correctly that is.

    One pallet load of pc's just arrived, so far, so good, look ok which is an achievement in itself, I know that from having to send out £750 worth of product to fill a £250 order thanks to various carrier companies.

    After waiting 20 minutes for my ZX Spectrum from over a decade ago to work on a job I'm now on I'm extremely keen to get these in place, but 'baby steps' for now, maybe leave it until the weekend, as long as my twins don't arrive first!
