    Communication & Delays

    Hi there,

    I ordered my system on 6th September and stressed that it was quite time sensitive due to its nature.

    There was some mixup at the start as i got an email saying there was a lack of stock which I found out wasnt the case as it was a generic email but had to phone up to clear it up.

    The most recent was I checked up that it was about to be built but then found out theres a 4-5 day delay at the moment so no idea if that will get longer. The main problem though is that again, it took me to phone up to find this out.

    The problem for me is that time is ticking on and if i factor the delay at its shortest possible resolution it's still a lengthy time from having put in the order, but making it worse seems to be a lack of communication with me having to do all the chasing which I wouldnt really have expected given the money involved. It seems even this late in the day that it would be far quicker to simply shop elsewhere.

    I will say though that when i do chase, the service and communication has been good, but it seems to be failing at the first hurdle.

    As an aside, I assume the condition whereby you cant get your money back only applies if its actually built?
