I've been advised to use the phone number as its far quicker to get a response but no one ever picks the phone up when calling technical support.

I assume there are people manning the phones?

Have to say as well, i'm very impressed with the computer. Very quiet and works very well with the programs i use day to day.

One major difference albeit minor to most probably is what a difference a sound card makes. Thought i'd treat myself and get one with this computer as my last didnt have one but didnt expect too much, but playing the likes of BF3 sounds amazing. Got a seinnheiser headset and it really is impressive.
