    3XS Graphite LG15 Memory Test

    Hi,

I ordered an LG15 laptop last week. I realise from the posts on here that it could be anything from 3 to 4 weeks for the laptop to be built and delivered but I've been following on the build tracker (#42598) and it was last updated on 22/10 as being in memory test and is still there now. Does anyone know how long the memory test usually lasts for? If there are faults will I be informed?

    Thanks

    Richard

    Hey,

You may have faulty memory which needs replacing - there is a chance it failed Memory testing. Just be glad it failed now and not when you received it.

Email Scan or call to get the exact issue resolution.

    Thanks for the reply D.

I just got an email back from Shaun to say they are having technical problems with the graphics card drivers and are waiting for a response from AMD. Hopefully it won't take too long to sort out.

Thumbs up Re: 3XS Graphite LG15 Memory Test

Received my laptop today and it was well worth the wait, I will certainly be recommending Scan to any of my friends when they are upgrading theirs.
