After a series of build delays, my system is apparently ready for dispatch. I was told yesterday that Netsolve would be in touch to arrange a delivery. Having heard nothing, I called up Scan, only to be provided with a mobile number (NS don't have a dedicated landline for administrative purposes?). Having called the number, the guy on the other end, who sounded like he was doing deliveries, informed me that he doesn't deal with scheduling deliveries. He assured me he would contact the appropriate people and get them to call me. That was ~2 hours ago and there's been no contact.
As such, I don't know who else to talk to ... can Scan please advise when NS are going to get in touch with me to schedule a delivery?
