3XS Ordering / Items in stock

With ordering one of the 3XS systems and being given an estimated build / delivery date I was looking forward to the possibility of my system arriving possibly next week, but on the day of my build I received an email telling me that one of the parts still hasn't arrived and they have no ETA on when it will be delivered. So I'm having to wait 10 working days this one part even though the money was taken straight away.

My point being I don't think you should allow people to spend over 1k without knowing the parts are there to start work. Maybe integrate a system when you pick the components you want for it to be marked if it's not in stock. Just frustrated something like this happens. So yeah just an idea to help people get their systems faster without unexpected delays. Cheers!

At least you know what is going on. I've ordered LG20 gaming laptop on 2nd January, paid over 1.5k for it straight away and haven't heard from 3XS Scan ever since. I wrote them an email and still got no reply. I hope I'll hear from them soon since I am getting nervous.

To share my experience, I ordered the LG20 on Dec 17th and mine passed QA today. I pestered them rather a lot, but generally, I don't think they contact you until it's ready.
