    Disappointed with Netsolve delivery

    I ordered a mid-range GTK3 system on 2nd of January, but needed a Saturday delivery as I work full-time 30 miles from home. After 16 working days, I called Scan on Friday afternoon to ask if it was finished. They said it was ready for dispatch that evening and will be delivered tomorrow - someone will call me.

    So I cancelled my plans to wait around this Saturday (26th), but received no contact from delivery company. Scan's customer support sounded stressed and annoyed that I was asking about delivery. She said there was a dispatch number but had no way of checking the progress, they weren't responsible. She wouldn't give me Netsolve's phone number although she gave me their email address (no reply yet). She said she'll ask someone to call me back ASAP but no one did.

    I don't mind too much that is wasn't delivered today, but would have appreciated someone telling me not to wait around. After another 5 working days, I hope that it will definitely be delivered next Saturday and cancel more plans.

    I understand if you are very busy with a backlog of orders, so why not adjust your estimated time of 10 working days to something more realistic? Or add the total dispatch days so customers can plan ahead?

    Are the excellent delivery reviews for DPD, whereas all 3XS systems are delivered with Netsolve? I'm sure the system will be great, but the delivery company and lack of communication really lets it down, poor first impressions.

    I have to agree. My 3xs system has been built and for the past few days been waiting around for netsolve to contact me. I have heard absolutely nothing and it is jsut aggravating.

    We are sorry that you have not had an update and will chase this up tomorrow Please email your invoice and build number to systemsupport@scan.co.uk

    If you have requested a Saturday delivery however Netsolve will only deliver/setup Monday to Friday so the system would have to be delivered by normal courier, if there is an alternate address they can get the system delivered this week please let us know.

    It's a pain waiting so long for something you paid good money for so far in advance, but rest assured the wait will be entirely worth it! Hold out guys, I know it's easier said than done but a 3XS system is a thing of beauty and a little patience with Ben and the team goes a long way

    Thank you for your reply, I'll also email systemsupport@scan.co.uk.

    Normal courier instead of Netsolve sounds better for Saturday, will they be contacting me sometime this week? I don't need setup, just delivery on Saturday the 2nd of February will be fine. No alternative address available on weekdays as I have no family around and I work in a hospital with patients booked every 20 minutes :-/

    This was changed to courier for a Saturday delivery for you today , once this ships on Friday you should get email and text updates if we have a mobile number on your account and will be able to track the delivery from our website

    DPD's Saturday delivery was great, thanks for sorting it out Really happy with the system, it's lightning fast for gaming! The fan became loose during transit so there is intermittent stuttering because I'm not sure I've hooked it back on properly, but I'll contact support.

    I think DPD is the better delivery tbh- when I had my net solve delivery, It was a guy in his car and his gf in the passenger seat. He was in a rush and asked if I needed the set up (which I paid for) - I said no because I had waited for this machine for 5 weeks and just wanted it .

    I can't fault too much as the system is amazing! lol
