Warranty clarification please.

I am looking to purchase my first 3xs system,

I was told over the phone by one of the Scan advisors that years 2 and 3 of the warranty were on a collect and return basis, but reading the forums it suggests that is not the case and that the customer is responsible for the return costs.

Can someone please clarify, thanks.

Hi

With a 3XS System we cover all Parts and Labour only in the 2nd and 3rd Year ( if it has a 3Yr Warranty as this only applies to our newest systems)

Customer is responsible for carriage costs but we arrrange the collection and delivery if required
