Cleaning Service?

I finish University at the start of May and want my PC to been cleaned and have some upgrades. However I am wondering about costs roughly. I want a H100i with the fans blowing air into the case, with one exhaust fan at the back of the PC, what can I do with my H70, do you have a trade in policy or anything like this? Also I will be buy to arctic gpu coolers, my GTX 570 HDs (sli) run WAY too hot, and wonder if you could put this onto the cards as well, I am not to keen on taking my GPUs apart, also I looked online and they say these can fit without any mods needed.

Also how will the PC get to you? Will someone pick it up?

So roughly a price quote on cleaning, H100i and putting on two GPU coolers for me (which I will put in the box) and how long will it take?
