After placing my order on 03/05 I was given an estimated dispatch date of 21/05. This was then updated to the 23/05. However according to your online tracker the system has not even entered the build phase. Whilst the delay is annoying, I know that you have to ensure high standards, and I understand this. I would however have liked to receive at least some information as to why my build has been delayed.
With the bank holiday approaching I fear I may not receive my system for quite a while to come. If you could please update me with any information you have I would be very grateful.
