Still waiting on build.

After placing my order on 03/05 I was given an estimated dispatch date of 21/05. This was then updated to the 23/05. However according to your online tracker the system has not even entered the build phase. Whilst the delay is annoying, I know that you have to ensure high standards, and I understand this. I would however have liked to receive at least some information as to why my build has been delayed.

With the bank holiday approaching I fear I may not receive my system for quite a while to come. If you could please update me with any information you have I would be very grateful.

Have received an email from Shaun and another a few minutes later telling me my system has gone into build.

same as mate my invoice started on the 14th they told me 22nd it would go into build but on the site it says still waiting plus no email to tell me otherwise. funny thing was they where trying to get another £40 out of me to speed up the build hah. i need this machine for work ASAP so any delay is just a nightmare. i wont be using scan again if i need a machine fast that's for sure

Thanks for your time on the phone tonight, as discussed the only reason for your dispatch date moving back a day is due to it falling on a bank holiday.

I will ensure that all being well your system is dispatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
