I'm after a small PC, do you have anything with USB 3.0 the size of 3XS NUC N5 but not costing more than £750?

It's not quite as small as the NUC N5, but the VC5 has USB 3 and is a fair bit cheaper. It all depends on what sort of performance and storage options you're looking for.

There is no obvious mention of warranty, is it a standard 1 year?

Also do you have any small systems with Intel HD 4000 graphics and USB 3.0 (A Stretch?)

The VC5 is part of a Value Systems range so has a 2 year parts and labour warranty.

Ha indeed, you had my stumped for a while.

However, after a lot of digging I've found the Intel Core i3 3225 which should do the trick.

You'll find it's now an option in the configurator.

I've added in a 16GB option, it's roughly £35 more expensive than having 8GB.

and is there a wireless option?

You could use any USB wireless adaptor, I'd recommend the EW-7711Uan which is around £10.

And what could cooler is used?

The VC5 includes a low-profile active CPU cooler and has a 40mm case fan too.

I can only I'm very unhappy with the post sales customer service I've just had from you guys, twice being told I was at fault.
I'll try to give a balanced review later in the week.
But for someone who has spent c.£2000 with you in the last year I don't seem to have been given any benefit of the doubt either time.
Looking at recent post it seem like you have some other unhappy customers.
Sadly I have no proof, as I didn't think I need it!
