I'm currently completing my final steps and just wanted to know if I wanted to replace the reference EVGA 770 GTX that the configurator build offers with one of the other graphic cards that are available on Scan?

3XS Z87 Performance GTX - Custom Series

Please remove the two fullstops to follow the link. First fullstop is after the h and the second is after the first w.

I was looking at either this:

I also chose a custom case and the one I'd like to have is this, is this case acceptable?

How does the pricing work for individual products? Will I pay what the site asks or will it cost more?

I'd stick with the reference card if I was you, there isn't a huge difference surely?

Perhaps it isn't necessary, but if I chose the overlocked graphics card option for the reference card, what sort of overclock would I be looking at?

It should be fine to customise your 3XS Z87 Performance GTX with either of those graphics cards and the Cooler Master case you listed. We can't list every component in the configurator (there are thousands to choose from), but those ones will work great together.
