It's part of a 3XS system, we sent the card back to you about 3 weeks ago Asus GTX 1060.
RMA No.... 450580

I just want to take the guess work out of the process. What is your RMA process on GFX cards by the way if you can give me that info that would be great. ie, when will you sort the problem out yourself if Asus are taking a silly amount of time to process the broken card. Do you have a time scale in weeks.
