3xs Watercooling top up query

Hi all,
I won a 3XS Watercooled system last year which has been incredible, however as it was pre-built and I have no previous experience with watercooling I can't figure out how to top up the coolant.

It has dropped about 2 or 3cm since I received it last year. What appears to be the reservoir has the pipe that exhausets from the CPU dropping into it at the top with a pipe at the bottom starting the loop going to the pump and then GPU.

The reservoir does appear to have some type of screw or bolt at the top alongside the pipe entry point but I can't find a tool that will fit into it. Also, the case makes access to this almost impossible.

Any assistance would be welcome.
