RMA 261120 - Please confirm DPD will collect this time

Hi, I am waiting for DPD to collect this item from my home. This is the third day of waiting for them to arrive; the previous 2 times they stated that they had attempted collection unsuccessfully, even though both times were from my place of work, that is open during normal working hours. Can you please check they will turn up today, as I am getting frustrated with their service.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having, I have contacted DPD to confirm that the driver will be collecting the goods today and to provide an approximate time.

Further to your query, DPD have advised that the driver should be with you before 4:30pm today.
