    Want to change items on my order or cancel

    Hi, I just ordered two Palit Jetstream GTX 970s on the today only offer - order number E2350378, but I would like to change them to different ones instead.

    I managed to get through on the phone and sort it out, so nvm. I also sent a ticket earlier which needs to be ignored now.

    It was all sorted out eventually, sorry for the hassle.

    - I saw the palits first and ordered those.
    - Then I saw the Gainward phantoms and sent an email to change to those
    - Then I saw the Gigabyte windforce OC which was even cheaper (£275), plus it had regular size display ports so I didnt need to buy converter cables.
    - Called in the morning to change to the Gigabytes
    - Then someone read my email and changed them to the Gainwards (doh)
    - Called again in time and managed to change it back to the Gigabytes.

    Also Gigabyte seem to have better support with all those outputs using their Flex Display technology, Im currently using one Asus ROG Swift monitor, but want to buy another two next year for surround with them, which needed a primary GPU with 3 x DP 1.2 outputs.

    Ok, everythings just gone wrong now. My parcel with the sender reference E2350378 was sent to some random place and sighned by 'KHAN'. Theres no one by that name in my house, and there was someone on my street with that name, but they didnt get it either.

    Obviously this is a problem with DPD, however the driver that was sending the parcel has delivered to me at my address before, so I dont get why this has happened.

    I just called DPD, and they said they cant do anything until Scan contacts them to raise an investigation.

    The DPD driver nicked the parcel and wrote down someone elses name on my street.

    Summary, they were sure it was left with my neighbor with the signed name. Then when I said they didnt have it, they responded 'Actually theres the same name at ..., thats where we left it'.

    NO, the driver signed X name, and simply looked up those houses and then said thats where he left it, and took of with the parcel, otherwise you wouldnt have simply searched the names on my street and accused different people with the signed name living there.

    Though I asked the delivery guy a few questions about where it had been left and stuff, I forgot to ask why they hadnt even left a card through my door to tell me where it was?
