Need assistance from Scan
Hi there.
I bought a motherboard off of eBay which was purchased from SCAN.
He sent the motherboard to me and I realised that the pins were bent and insisted that it was me, even though I hadn't even put a CPU in the socket at that point.
He instructed me to RMA it as it was still under warranty.
So foolishly I did. This was in December. It's now March, and I still don't have my motherboard.
I've rang/spoken on live chat to SCAN I'd say around 15 times about the status of my motherboard, and each time it's a different story. I'm beginning to feel like the original seller is trying to get them to send it back/have already sent it back to him, even though they confirmed the changing of emails/addresses.
Should it really take this long? 3 Months? Someone help me out on what to do.

I was only given an RMA number, is this enough?

Guys, just to note - this area is for Scan customers to talk to Scan, please resist the temptation to get involved.

The problem here is that you have no standing with ourselves as you are not the purchaser, we have already been in touch with the original purchaser advising this item is back and ready to go pending payment of the out of warranty fee, I suggest giving the Returns team a call tomorrow morning on 01204 474747, ask for Amanda, she has been briefed on this via email and told to expect your call.
