Just been on the live chat regarding my rma, they have said that they cannot source a replacement and have offered me half of what I paid as a refund!!!- how is that fair, they have had my card for over 6 weeks and now have come back with that! Is this normal?

I am sorry to hear about the problems you have had with the card, unfortunately the manufacturer was unable to repair the card nor provide a replacement, as such we processed a refund taking into account benefit of use. I am sorry that this was not the outcome you were expecting.
