Hi Guys im chasing up my return. I sent it back to you and it was verified as faulty on the website - tested 19/01, i was informed it would be sent back to the supplier and it would take 4 weeks. I chased again after the 4 weeks was up and was told I would have to wait another 2 due to the age of the card? Am I being given the runaround or is there an end in site? As that model is no longer available, what would my options be?
