Out of stock (after waiting a week)

Placed an order last Tues, everything in stock. Waited a week whilst they sort themselves out.

Contacted them today, got reply that everything in stock and that they would prod the order along.

Got a SMS tonight telling me that one of the items is now out of stock.

    Bloody disgrace!!!!

All the stuff's been in stock for a week, the day Scan decide to process my order, one of the items dissapears. Wouldn't be surprised if another item goes outta stock when the orig item returns in stock.

I can't help you with the problems but I can back up your story with my own tale of woe. Its over 2 weeks since I placed my order on a Saturday, and I had one part of my order on pre-order, ready to be delivered on Thursday. Thursday came and a part I thought was in stock turned out to be out of stock so my order was delayed a week. At this point I tweaked my order a bit but the product I added was in stock and I was told it would all be dispatched on the next Wednesday (7th march). The date came and went without any email notification, and i'm still waiting for information on it now. I couldn't get through to customer services on the phone today so will have to wait for another reply to an email I just sent (well hopefully ill get a reply but I'm not too confident). This PC should have been built over a week ago . I had always heard that scan were very good but they've let it slide for me. Even an email to notify me of another delay would be nice but I didn't get any and they just left me hanging. Hopefully if they see more than one of us with these problems it will hit home harder. Please sort it out scan, so we can all shop at your store with confidence in the future.

Have they implemented part picking yet so that my items are picked and stored whilst awaiting for a pre-order???
