A Few Questions about MS Office 2007

Hi Guys,

I have the following situation:

2 computers, 1 has Office XP (2002) installed, 1 has the 60-day Microsoft Office Professional 2007 trial.

If i buy:

1x Microsoft Office Professional 2007 Win32 English Intl VUP CD *RETAIL UPGRADE* @ £243

1x Microsoft Office 2007 Professional Edition OEM*Licence Only No Media* @ £186

and upgrade XP, and 'activate' the trial.. will i then have 2 fully functional (and legal!) copies of Office 2007 running on my machines?

The system with the 2007 60 day trial, was this pre-installed or did you download it from Microsoft ?

its a lenovo laptop, and the trial came pre-installed

that's what i thought, but decided it would be best to check before I spent £400+ on software Cheers wesley!
