Daewoo Monitor and RMA problem
I recently received a Daewoo L2200 monitor and have written to customer services explaining that i am not happy with the quality of the display. I explained that it suffers from considerable backlight bleed at the top and bottom of the screen.
This is within the first 7 days ( 2 in fact ) and what i would like to do is return this item and have it replaced with the LG 22 inch monitor.
I have just received an RMA request and an email stating that i will get a refund only if the item tests to be faulty? I have never said it was faulty, although of course it may be, and i am a little confused by this reply.
Can someone clear this up for me?
Edit: For reference, a while ago i bought a graphics card from yourselves, tried it, found it to be not as fast as I expected and swapped it for the next card up, paying the difference with no problems at all. This is all i want to do here, the monitor is simply not what i was expecting.
