    Sending back items

    Hi,

I ordered several items 1-2 weeks ago.
There seems to be a fault with one of them.
I requested some infos over the webpage on how to sort this, but haven't got any reply so far.

So what I would like to know how is the process on sending back items ?
And will the parts only be replaced, or is it also possible to get a refund?

    Thanks in advance,
    Christian

Items bought using scan's online system gives you 28days to return an item for refund from date of delivery.

You really need to call them regarding faulty items because the first course of action will be for them to try and diagnose the problem.

Sorry got it wrong in my earlier post, you have a 7day 'cool off' period once delivered
28 days to return the item for refund if faulty
After the 28 days you can have the item replaced or sometimes recieve store credit
