A little moan

Now I know about all the alterations but I just need a moan to get if off my chest.

1. Invoice printed / Awaiting authorisation - 03 Apr 2007 10:18:00
2. Payment authorised - 04 Apr 2007 09:47:00
3. Order picked / Awaiting despatch - 04 Apr 2007 11:01:00
4. Order despatched - 05 Apr 2007 10:31:00

As you can see above between steps 3 and 4 there is nearly a day between Awaiting despatch and order despactched. I was really really hoping for these today so that I could update a machine over easter.

Oh well I will just have to wait until Tuesday now

Just remember - if your invoice is printed it will then be sent down to the picking dept. They may have 100 other products awaiting dispatch that have been picked! So if they sent yours before everyone elses whos have already been picked/awaiting dispatch surely you can see that would not be fair?

Unfortunately it will be based on a first come first served basis - a Queue.

I got a similar thing but I'm pretty sure it's because I used the free carriage option

This has been mentioned many times before,

There is no delay for order placed with free carriage, as all orders are processed the same way.
