Dispatch Date Incorrect - Delivery Charged

hi,

I played an order on Monday, ref 0E******.
I had it down for delivery on Friday, but due to location I rang up to pay and change the delivery for Saturday. This was done very helpfully.

I haev just recieved a message to say my package will be dispatched on Monday 30th.

Questions.

1.) It was not a problem to deliver the package on 27th - so why is it now gone from the 27, to the 30th when I asked and paid for the 28th ?

2.) I'm paying for saturday delivery - whats going to happen to delivery / the charges if you can't meet this

3.) This looks like it could be a potential mistake on the dates on scans part,but if you can deliver on the 27th, and you've got 4 days notice why does the additition of one day cause the order to slip by three days ?

I have edited your reference number for Security your order is down for a Pre12 Saturday delivery on the 28th April.

Ignore the e-mail they were due to the changes made.
