    Poor service

    I placed an order last week and specifically requested today as the delivery date. The reason, its the only day this week that somebody will be home to accept delivery. Ive just found out at 3.30pm that delivery will now not be until tomorrow because SCAN failed to dispatch in time.

    Can you please explain what has gone wrong?

    I now have an 75 mile round trip to the nearest City Link depot to pick up this parcel.
