    Returning faulty Corsair memory

Hi, I bought Corsair TwinX 2GB DDR 3200 C2 when I ordered all the bits for my computer from Scan last April.

Last week my computer crashed to the Bad Bios Checksum screen and then after using Asus' Crashfree BIOS utility I successfully restored the BIOS but on reboot I lost the display (monitor showing no signal).

Swapping out memory sticks seems to indicate that one of them is the cause of the problem.

I see Corsair have a lifetime warranty and would like to know what I should do?

As they were a Twinned pair will I need to return both?

    Thanks in advance,

    Luke

    Hi,

The best thing would be to speak to our returns department to authorise the RMA, however as they were sold as a pair then yes you would need to return both.
