I just have to say Scan has a super fast RMA process. I had a courier turn up at the door 6 hours after raising an RMA request - that must be some kind of record! It was a day earlier than request (I was still looking for bubble wrap!) No probs, scan rearranged pick up. Fuss free and flexible

Sadly the GA-965QM-DS2 mobo appears to be out of stock... Fingers crossed I got the last one. I feel an ass for not ordering a replacement myself instead of waiting for the RMA. They were in stock on Tuesday, but nothing Scan can do about stock levels.

The only suggestion I have for scan is to allow cross shipment, perhaps with c.card pre-authorisation for 'restock fee' if the item isn't bust. I'm sure savings could be made with city link if they deliver and collect in one go.
