Problems getting my account password.

Hi,

I am having trouble getting my Scan account password mailed to me. I forgot my password so filled in the lost password form. I enter all the details in the boxes, name, postcode, etc and it says that it will send me my password in an email.

I never get the email though... Any ideas?

PS: Its not being spam filtered, I checked.

Ahh ignore this, managed to remember my password after several attempts. No idea why the password never made it to my inbox though.
